Dear friends,
Welcome to the first ever Young eye surgeon (YES) meet in India. It is my pleasure to invite you all to come and learn/teach while we have the bright opportunity to know each other.
The sole purpose of this meeting is to encourage Young Ophthalmologists (YOs) to open up in a friendly atmosphere where they can bring out their past mistakes in cataract surgery and leave in the end as a better surgeon.
The sessions will comprise of YO Champs showcasing their videos in various categories along with open discussion with YO mentors. Intermittently YO mentors will be giving tips and tricks of managing similar scenario in a small video based presentation. This to and fro flow of knowledge is bound to leave us enlightened by the end.
Informal session with surprise fun events are planned in the later half of the meet that will help YOs know each other better and will create a bond for lifetime.
